i was so frustrated. the tv was terrible. i informed the staff about the issue, but during my four-night stay, it never worked properly. the channels kept freezing, and the options were limited. no netflix or youtube access made it even worse!!!

the cleanliness of the hotel stood out the location proved convenient i found everything i needed nearby the spaciousness and quietness added to a safe and relaxing atmosphere the modern amenities provided a comfortable stay check-in was smooth and efficient ensuring a hassle-free start. i greatly appreciated the responsive staff who addressed every query promptly.
During my stay i noticed the absence of porter service. It felt inconvenient when i had to manage my luggage using a trolley without assistance.

The location suited me perfectly. It was like a wonderful secret. cleaning services were thorough. I always returned to a super clean room. it added to my peace of mind . beddings were very comfortable!

The restaurant provided many food choices.. i found both pasta and biryani. the lobby had a convenient kiosk. it sold snacks and pastries very late. al mahjoob tourism provided a better taxi service than ubers did. I booked a return trip, and the driver arrived on time.
i found an extra locked door in the room connecting to the next room. this felt odd and slightly unsettling. also, toiletries like shampoo and lotion were missing. only soap dispensers were installed, which seemed inadequate.

the hotel location near dragon mart was acceptable.
The reception staff didn't smile and didn't. there was a very bad smell in front of the hotel, it smelled like drainage. I found this unpleasant.
